Submission terms
By submitting your story to BlackTravels.com you (the Author) understand and agree to the following conditions:
1. All information contained within your submission are true & correct to the best of your knowledge.
2. The Author guarantees and represents that the submission contains no libelous or otherwise unlawful matter or matter which infringes any
proprietary rights of common law or any statutory copyright, and that the Author has power to make this agreement.
3. The Author will hold harmless the Publisher (BlackTravels.com) against any suit, claim, demand or recovery finally sustained of any violation of
proprietary right or copyright or any unlawful matter contained in this Work.
4. The Author warrants that the submission has not been previously published in any form what so ever, that the submission is original, and that he
is the sole author of the submission.
5. All submissions must be written from a Black perspective or through an African or African-American point of view.
6. Black Travels does not offer monetary compensation for submissions or contributions.
7. You, the author, assign BlackTravels.com and its owners the right to publish, publicly display and distribute said submission(s), and to use
same for promotional purposes for BlackTravels.com and to maintain same in our archives with no limitation on duration.
8. Editor and management of BlackTravels.com reserve the right to edit any and all submissions for clarity and/or brevity.
9. BlackTravels.com reserves the right to all final decisions concerning publication and use. Submission of an article provides no guarantees or
assurances of publication. The editors of BlackTravels.com reserve the right to reject, without explanation, any submission for any reason.
10. You may also submit an article or short essay about your travel experience by e-mail. If you wish to use this option, please submit your work
